• All bookkeepers must be qualified to be offered a position in myaccounts.
• Then they are put through 2 weeks of initial training on the basics of accounting, GST, payroll, MYOB, QuickBooks and problem solving to ensure that all myaccounts Consultants have passed a high benchmark of achievement
• Ongoing regional training sessions which cover changes in accounting standards, GST and other tax laws, software upgrades, complex problem solving issues and payroll and WorkCover changes.
• Full time telephone technical support and where necessary one on one reviews with trainers on client files.
• Ongoing quizzes to assess the competency of our Consultants and ensure they all can apply their technical knowledge to actual client files
• Our use of a system of detailed checklists customised for a variety of client and industry peculiarities to ensure our consultants maintain a high standard of services
• Annual conference and presentations by industry experts to enhance the technical knowledge and practical skills of our consultants
