From the start of all relationships with our clients, we want to deliver benefits straight away, with the view to getting our return in the longer term.
• We are obsessively proactive. We are always on the look out to provide our clients with information on how they can improve their business' profitability and cashflow
• We're reliable - what we say we will do we do. We consciously under promise and over deliver.
• We are religiously systematic and `into' `checklists' - for both our clients and ourselves. This ensures that nothing slips between the cracks between our clients and us.
• We believe in `no surprises' - this refers to our clients always knowing "where their business is at". It also refers to our approach to invoicing our customers.

• We can be irritating in the way we drive you to deliver on your side of our shared processes. We can only provide benefits for your business if the whole process works, not just our bits.
• We never talk in "accountant-speak" and we never act "superior" about our accounting knowledge. Our clients often thank us for approach of "working together" rather than just working for them.
• You will always deal with one key person from myaccounts, though, with our systems, most of our team can answer your queries. This creates personal, long term relationships with the reassurance of continuity in emergencies.

We deliver our services for a fixed monthly fee, and this includes unlimited contact with myaccounts. Fixing our fee means that you will always know how much our service is going to cost. It also means that you won't be charged for our inefficiencies. We want you to contact us - we do not want you to worry about `the clock going on' if you want to talk to us - that is why our fixed fee includes unlimited phone and email support.
